The Apple Consultants Network is Apple’s official program connecting businesses with independent technology partners who specialize in Apple solutions. Within that network, Apple recognizes two tiers: Apple Technical Partners and Apple Premium Technical Partners. The Premium designation is the highest level a consultancy can earn.
Apple Premium Technical Partners have demonstrated deep technical expertise, a proven track record with business clients, and ongoing investment in Apple-specific training and certifications. There are approximately 27 Premium Technical Partners in the entire United States.

What the Designation Means for Your Business
When you work with an Apple Premium Technical Partner, you’re working with a firm that Apple has vetted and recognized at its highest level. In practical terms, that means:
Trained across the full Apple ecosystem. Premium Partners don’t just support Macs. They’re trained across iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, Apple Vision Pro, and the platforms that tie them together — including Apple Business Manager, MDM, and Apple’s security frameworks.
Experienced with businesses like yours. Apple awards Premium status based on real-world client work, not just certifications. It requires demonstrated success helping small and mid-sized businesses adopt, secure, and scale Apple technology.

Apple’s Technical Partner network is built around three areas of expertise. Most Premium Partners, including Virtua, cover all three:
IT — Setting up and managing Apple devices with MDM, deploying secure networks, implementing backup and security solutions, and keeping your environment running day to day.
Solutions — Industry-specific expertise for verticals like healthcare, creative services, retail, and non-profits. This includes recommending and integrating the right apps and workflows for how your team actually works.
Specializations — Additional Apple-authorized capabilities such as hardware repair (Apple Authorized Service Provider), accessibility consulting, and custom app development.
Why Virtua Computers
